The Melbourne Carbon Export Cluster is an export initiative of the State Government of Victoria, supported through the Victorian Industry and Manufacturing Statement.

The Melbourne Carbon Export Cluster is a group of competitive Victorian companies focused on implementing renewable energy, energy efficiency and other eligible projects in developing countries initially under the United Nations' Kyoto Protocol.

The Melbourne Carbon Export Cluster reduces market entry risk for companies involved in off-shore carbon projects, through industry collaboration and government assistance. Cluster member companies will benefit from a range of supporting initiatives including access to business opportunities, business case development, networking/strategic partnerships, education/training, technical programs.

The Melbourne Carbon Export Cluster is uniquely positioned to provide a one-stop-shop framework to targeted clients through a combined service offering project development, legal, financial, trading and technology supplier services in the carbon market.
